Adding meals to the planner

There are currently 2 ways to add meals to the planner, copying meals from the Recipes screen and also adding meals directly into the Planner. We'll go through each of these in turn.


Copying meals from the Recipes screen


1. First of all navigate to your Recipes screen, and from here simply click the calendar icon.

2. In the "Copy to Planner" popup, select the week that you are planning using the week picker tool, and then select the days of the week. In the example below







3. Navigate to the Planner (from the top navigation bar), or use the snack bar to see your selected meals in the Planner.




4. Repeat for all the meals you need for the week to build your plan!




Add meals directly into the planner


You can also add meals directly into the planner in exactly the same way as adding meals into the Recipes screen outlined here.
