There are multiple ways in which you can add meals to your program.
1. Use the auto planner
This feature will allow you to use a meal planning wizard to fill your program automatically using rules that you define. If you need to set nutrition constraints, please check out the section on Adding Nutrition Constraints

2. Add meals individually from your recipe board
You can also copy meals individually from your recipe board into your program. Simply click the calendar icon in the appropriate meal card, and then select which program, week and day(s) to copy the meal.
